Thanks for taking time to reply :) Yep tempo was not meant to be like that, this piece is more of an experiment. Why prefer F2 at the start? I was testing to see how playing the diminished notes over the major would sound, but you would say that was the most unsettling part? I'll have a closer look at this when I have time.
