    I'm a software engineer with Microsoft. I use a wide array of languages and have experience integrating with DB's. What I would suggest, if you would like to do a re-org on the site is to use Silverlight. It is the most powerful SDK available right now for developing flashy UI's. I work for the Windows Live group, we use it quite readily in there. Let me know if I can help. Chris
