    I work with both programs (finale 2009 and sibelius 5) cause as arranger many times Im asked to give the computher file. In my experience you can do all things with both programs, Its just a matter of you spend time with the program to learn it. I personally like the jazz font of sibelius but I know that can be used in finale too. As a performer I like more the sibelius printed music....

    Also you can open the Kontakt2 console and click on OUTPUT so you will see the mixer of the sampler. Then you can slide up the volume. I had the same problem and done this many times but when I taked the file and opened in my teacher
