What kind of computer, software, and other hardware are needed to outfit a home studio capable of playing a full orchestral score? For the computer, the processor, memory, etc; for sounds, modules or software; software, composition, mixing, etc. Is there a book that gives good guidance?

Very good orchestration. I would like to set up a studio that would have the same orchestral capabilities. What products, software, etc. do you use in you home studio? Also, any hints on how to set up a home studio with the complete ability to orchestrate? I presently use Finale, but the sounds are blah! I am rather new at this an would appreciate any help. Thanks for your input; I am taking lessons and trying to write more serious music. Unfortunately, I think my recent upload, an old composition, doesn't have alot of harmonic interest either.
