  1. Now, that's funny. I could see a whole musical done like this. Quality of music and arrangement is most excellent.
  2. Pretty cool tune. Like the way it bounces around, changes constantly. I think you could knock some of the effects off the voice, and it would stand out better. The singer more than holds her own. Have to watch the mix at points where you get a lot of guitar in the background, you lose some of the vocal at that point.
  3. Very pretty melody. Definitely needs something more, some harmony, some place to go next.
  4. Lovingly done. Nice juxtaposition between the guitar and voice. Really like how you moved together about 1:26, then split again. Her voice is pretty darn killer.
  5. Lovely, indeed. Despite being 'ambient' and 'comforting', it had excellent energy.
  6. Pretty darn good for a day. It's a nice piece all on its own - great intensity, and movement between the piano and strings. Could use with a bit more rhythmic variation. But I think this would make fabulous movie music - not that it doesn't stand very well on its own, but I could see it in behind some very dramatic scenes.
  7. Good grief - you're 17? That's a lovely piece of work. You have the knack of pausing and changing your rhythms at just the right time. Love how it sweeps along, pauses a bit, then leaps back into something new. Very well done, indeed.
  8. I'll have to echo the comments above. Just not enough variation in what you were doing to keep my attention. It's nice and light, and might work in a TV, movie or commercial setting, but as a listening piece, perhaps not so much.
  9. I liked this a lot. Liked the piano more than the strings, but there was a lot more natural feel to the sound - live players on the strings would have brought it more to life, of course. I liked what you were doing rhythmically, and texture wise. It kept flowing and moving around in a way that kept my interest up. But after a while, I wanted a bit more of a bigger change, it got a bit relentless. All that being said, one very cool piece of music. It's tough to do something that angular, and make it come out so musical, if that makes sense.
  10. I couldn't wear a frown, but I ended up with a really bad image of a bunch of pink Energizer bunnies marching - not sure if that was quite the effect you were reaching for.... ...or maybe it was? It was fun.
