In front of family hands down! My family constantly hears me practising and my parents pay for my music lessons, exams, take me to lessons and festivals ... I just think it's a great and satisfying way to thank them for everything. The no-intimidation/nerves factor is also a nice plus.... :w00t:

Hello! Well this is my very first composition... and I unfortunately have to revive it for a piano recital next week. If anyone has any critiques or suggestions, it would be more than appreciated! I tried to go for the 'lilting dance meter' of 6/8... which I do quite like, and use a ternary structure - but it just seems kind of... boring? Please don't mind the middle of the peice (after the minor section), it's quite jumbled (I'm still learning harmony assistant!). Thanks! Compos_.mid
