Congratz to JimmyJuicin ! Nice job ! ;) And thank you all (judges and impresario) for this competition ! ... as i do every piece that i compose, with my heart and my head i suppose ?! (One day if I have time and money I would learn to read and write, and maybe even to lead, I would love that!)

And i think you are (he is) right :) . But also, there are so much things to learn in imitating (Mozart is still imitated - and unequaled). Of course we all have to create our own language, but sometimes it can take many years... (in imitating !) I did this song to exorcise the Pirate in me. It is clear that, we 'young" composers, have been under the Zimmer influence. And maybe we are still under influence (the same thing with john Williams and his Star wars Symphonie, Howard shore and his LOTR... etc.. etc...). I thought that if i could do it once and for all, it would get out of my soul ! And that's what happened ! :lol: (ho sorry Hugo, i can't give you any score because i'm not reading or writing music at all ! ;) ) Thank you for you comments, Phil
