Flight of the Dragons

This piece of music, "Flight of the Dragons", was inspired by my violin teacher's occupation. He is game designer, and he was asking her if she would write music for his game. She politely refused because she had so many lessons and classes going on at the moment. I unofficially decided to take up on the challenge. With my lack of information on what type of game it was, I decided to just write some ideas about what I think an online adventure RPG might sound like.

The fifth movement (I wrote most of my ideas in "movements") was successful. It is this song, and I hope you all enjoy this. I envisioned just the entrance of an RPG at the beginning. In the end, when the massive choir section sets in and the strings begin their ascend into the stratosphere, I envisioned clans of dragons sweeping over the beautiful sky.

I have fixed this. I am now using boomp3, which is much better. Upon listening, though, you might want to pause the play and let it buffer quite a ways before playing it; otherwise it will start and stop constantly.

Beautiful cinematic music. The orchestration is good except for the bass register which you forgot. Adding a good bass would make this piece sound fuller and subsequently it will sound more professional and authentic.

Hmm...do you have a finale file of this? I would love to take a look at...maybe arrange it for concert band unless you would like too.

I must agree. A bass line will help this alot. An ending that isn't quite so abrupt would also help.

It would also be nice if you could spend some time listening and commenting to others works here as well. It will help you to see different styles as well as help the composer whose works you comment on. Win -Win, That doesn't happen often in life.
