How can I run Eastwest Symphonic Orchestra as a plugin in Sibelius 5 ?

I can't seem to find any instructions in the manual or the video. I put all the .dll files in the sibelius vst plugin folder, it seems to recognize them on startup but I can't figure out how to load the instrument.

Any help is much appreciated.
