hmmmmm it seems like you have a few good ideas there but I am not sure about the whole bar rests between a few phrases. It seems to keep me waiting too long to hear what will come next. What does the piano at the end have to do with the rest of the piece?

I also think that the rest between phrases are too long, but that is easily remedied. I really enjoyed the chords and such, nice job there...Oh, and the piano at the end...it was actually cool sounding, I would consider incorporating the piano into the piece.

Overall, it needs work--not that I really have any right to say that!--but it could develop into a very nice piece of music.
