Forum Styles and Tabs

Featured Replies

I was getting tired of the default style, so I thought I'd try another for a while. It saddens me that the upper row of tabs is missing in all of the forum styles except the default one. What I mean is, unless I am using the default style, I don't have the direct links to the Home, Articles, Profiles, Forum, Lessons, ect... those pages. Those tabs aren't there.

So, is it possible to implement these into the other styles as well? I know I'm not a regular user of the other styles, but I know others that use them exclusively, and it would be a waste for them to not even know those pages exist, since the navigator up top is the best way and in some cases, about the only accessible way to reach them. Especially in the case of the Wiki pages.

While we're on the topic of styles, I remember talk of getting new styles many months earlier, do the admins have any interest in implementing anything new, or is that too much work for too little benefit?

I don't keep the topmost tabs updated on the alternate styles. My reasoning is that everyone will at least see them originally when they join up, but perhaps it would be good to have them there for convenience's/exposure's sake. I'll think about it.

Now is probably not the best time to install new styles, since a vBulletin update is imminent. After that, we could look into it.
