Alright... Well, this is cool, its a rearrangement of "In the Hall of the Mountain King" wow!

Hmm... there is not verse melody, you should have put something there because without that its rather dry and empty. Or rapped over it. XD

i was thinking i would put sound effects when it came to the verses...but i can cuz all i have is finale notepad

Well, if its a pop song it needs a melody unless its rap. Regardless of sound effects.

when you hear the music box sound that means that the melody

HAH! I see now, sorry. I'm not used to bell-like instruments being the melody in this context so I assumed that it was the background.

Terribly sorry about the misunderstanding.

no problem.....i wish i was able to make a mp3 out of it

I *could* I have the technology... but lemme take a looksee at it first.

  • Author

really. that would be awesome

I think what you need is some percussion and electric bass upbeats. I'd work on the melody as well, because it's a bit repetitive, and there's little development. Otherwise, nice job. =]

thanks, that would be awesome, i've never collabed with any one before i fixed a part in it i'll upload it later.

You can go ahead and do that, I haven't had time to start anything on it anyway. It looks doable for me. Just don't expect it anytime soon, its a busy week for me this week.

Hey... before I make this an Mp3 should I add bass and drums? Because it's just not a techno song without that!

yes. do you want to make a recorded version of me singing this song so you have an idea of how the lyrics go

if you could do that, it would be nice. However, I dunno if it will matter considering all I am doing in the rhythm and the backing instruments. But if you sang it, I suppose I would have a better idea as to where to put your voice.

  • Author

ok. i'll have up tomorrow....do you have the technologoy to make voices sound crazy

Depends on how crazy. But yes I do. I certainly do.

Alright, you go and sing over this and send me or e-mail me or something the singing w/o the music (I just want to make sure timing is okay and stuff)

Also, try to put something over the mic, like a pair of pantyhose streched over a clothes hanger for vocal popping. That's really all. :D I hope you likie what i did with it.
