Graphic Novel Intro Song...

I am putting out a graphic novel at the end of this year called Avalon: The City Within.

You are a great composer mate. I loved that crescendo!

Still forgetting to move the 'E' slider I see. :P

You created a nice mood through the entire piece. When I hear this piece, I start to imagine things about the story. Like what will the plot be like? What will the characters be like. By listening, I can tell that it will be something tragic, a tragic story that unfolds where the characters face several conflicts. The protagonist will end up being the victor in the end, I infer that from the "swelling" of the piece.

Anyway, how do graphic novels work acutally? I would like to know more.

I really like your composition style but it does seem somewhat similar to the previous piece in the way that it features minimalism building up to a crescendo with a choir entry. I think it would be cool if you varied the time signatures or added some rhythmic interest may 6/8 sections or 5/4.

The harmony is pretty nice but I think you could extend it to make it richer, especially with the feel of the piece stuff like Gm9 (with no 5th). But that's just me, liked the piece just didn't seem that new from you.

Yes, Chris, I forget about that darn E slider. This piece was actually lost so I couldnt go back and fix it.

Fourthage, I agree with what you have said, as the full piece is extended this was cut off, I did change the time signature but ahwell, maybe I will compose it again...
