Apprehension for the Storm

Featured Replies

This is my first cello duet, but I have written other cello solos. The main melody of this piece popped into my head one day, so I expanded upon the idea of using the lower strings of the cello in a duet (since normally the cello's higher range is used). This piece is not especially difficult notewise, but the rhythyms are a bit more unusual. My style is very unorthodox, I know, but my mind loves to stray from the norm.

'Apprehension' has a very somber mood to it, with small hints of light. I added these with the purpose of showing how even the darkest of times can possess some qualities of light, as can nearly everthing in our universe.

I contacted the finale music tech support, and they have told me that unless i buy a $400 program, no i cannot upload mp3s of the playback. so once i have time, i shall try to upload a recording, if possible. does anyone have any suggestions on how the heck i can get an mp3 of the score?
