I expect you'd have to find a physical copy of the older version in a music store, which may offer a discounted price.

If you are a student, you can get a student discount on Finale.

not sure if thats the right sight but type it into the search bar and it'll probably correct is for you. I got Finale 2009 from that site for $219 even... no shipping, no tax or anything. from the time I ordered it form the time it got here was 6 days.
