Tango Avec Gluck

well... Here is a string quartet based from this idea: Gluck was writing " Melodie " and suddenly a woman comes in and begins to tango with him... and then...he danses and he falls in love with her while listening his incomplete piece in his head...

Very good tango feel is established and parts sound very much like the ideas of Piazolla. On first listen, I would say that the melodic material is not very memorable. It sounds as the melody ideas are more or less supporting the chords and not really that important. The section around 2:00 brings in a nice longer sustained melody but you dont really continue with it. The part around 2:50 has almost a baroque sound. Don't know if this is where you wanted to go, but it loses the tango feel. Some of your ornamental trills seem somewhat out of the tango style as well. I understand the end is intended as more of a love song, almost romantic styled, but I think you could also hint at the tango in this section as well even if you dont want it to be a tango there.
