September 25, 200817 yr I've been looking over the internet to try and find a company that will publish my piano music. I found myscorestore.com , but I don't think that is what I want. I preferably want to sell it with a popular piano company so that I can get good sales on it. Any recommendations? imaginemusicpublishing.com seems pretty good, but they don't sell a lot of piano music.
September 25, 200817 yr I know FJH Music Company publishes piano music. Hope this helps. Peace, C.L. Winston
September 27, 200817 yr Author I know FJH Music Company publishes piano music. Hope this helps.Peace, C.L. Winston I sent an e-mail to them asking them about submitting music, but it looks like they are primarily into publishing piano technique booklets. Do you know of any others?
September 28, 200817 yr Looking into it further, I've found a few more: Carl Fischer Morning Star Music Publishers Neil A. Kjos Music Company Kendor Music Inc. Those are some that came from the top of my head. I think there are more, but I can't really think of them at the moment. Hope this helps. Peace, C.L. Winston
September 30, 200817 yr I know reallygoodmusic and vivace do tons of piano music, and brand new stuff, too, regardless of how accomplished the composer is. I would check out Really Good Music. I have a few former and current colleagues published through them.
October 2, 200817 yr Author Thanks you two. I'm almost thinking about just publishing them myself, but I think I would like to grant that to a company that will actually promote my music. Carl Fishcher would be good and I'm checking out some of the other ones. Really Good Music would probably publish everything of mine. I sent them an e-mail to ask about royalties.
