I don't have any clue on how to comment on arrangements so I'm just gonna say that I liked listening to it :S

Damn...this is one of my favourite English/Appalachian folksongs, and I'd love to hear it, but you're apparently using a newer version of Finale than I am (I'm dragging my arse upgrading), so I can't open the file.

MIDI/Mp3/PDF or any combination of the three?

I thought it was great. The only thing I have to say is that when you get people to perform this, you might want to transpose the single parts for the horns and trumpets, and maybe put the high trombone parts in tenor clef. You might have some angry brass players running after you if you don't. I think overall it works out as a nice arrangement. I'd love to hear it performed.
