Fountains - one minute piano piece

Haven't posted here in a long time, but I'm back now and hopefully will stick around!

I wrote this piece over the last day or two. It's just a one minute piano piece that I needed to write for uni. Been practicing some jazz techniques with this one.

I thought there were many lovely harmonies throughout this piece. It reminded me of a slightly more jazzed-up Ravel. It was quite nice. My only complaints are that it was too short and there really was no real development. It relied on the same rhythmic figure throughout and it didn't seem to move too much. I'd like to hear you expand on it quite a bit more because really, it is a lovely introduction.

This was written for a one minute piano piece assignment. The reason I didn't have too many ideas in there was because one minute isn't a long time to develop them, so I kept it simple

I think you created a rich and full atmosphere in this piece. The textures are thick but comprehensive. I agree a little expansion would be great, but i understand you it this short made for a purpose . Nice piece!
