Yellow leaves piano poem

I think I am influenced by Messiaen and late romanticism in this piano piece. It's one of my favorites because it came out to be really personal (unrequited love etc. etc. you know the story). It's not as unplayable as it seems, it just needs some tiding up, you pianists should figure out which pages.

Is that playable?

Overall, there are some neat ideas.. definitely Messiaen-ish in sections, but to me it sounds too choppy. I would have rather heard more elaboration on some of the ideas rather than such a rapid succession of sections. I don't get much sense of form because the sections don't really go together at all.

All you said is quite true and thank you very much for your recommendations! It's lack of form is due to each programmatic nature (episode after episode after episode, just like the ongoing situations in which I was caught up during that period) but its a music piece first of all and it should be entertaining as well as narrative in nature. Thank you

I agree with everyone that it sounds choppy but overall the piece is cohesive, smooth out the transitions a little bit and itll be great.
