Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a garage band equivalent for windows? A program that is practically fool proof but inmproves MIDI?

I can't say I know anything about Garage Band, but you could take a look at Reason.

Well Garage Band is a simplyfied Pro Logic, in general. Pro Logic was just "recently" bought buy Apple, but I do think that there are versions of Pro Logic for windows.

There aren't. Logic is only for Macs, but its about ten times better than garage band. The equivalent to garage band would probably be band in a box, there are others, but thats the only one I've used.

There's a program called Acoustica Mixcraft that supposedly is very good. Fruity Loops is supposed to be like GB but from what I've heard it's too simplified in comparison.

I'd say Acoustica MIxcraft is the closest you'll get :)

Well......there's always LMMS, the FREE DAW for Windows :)
