Hey everybody. I present to you my first "finished" piece. It's a very short composition for violin and viola. I named it "First Piece of Cake" for two reasons. First, it's my "first piece" (har har), and second, when I listened to the finished piece, it brought to mind a scene of an old man, having spent his whole life eating his vegetables, enjoying his first piece of cake on his last birthday... Bitter sweet, and melodramatic. I hope you like it.
