This is a piano piece I wrote about 10 months go, when asked to represent myself to a composer, one of the biggest bulgarian composers in the last 20 years to see if he would take me as his student. It's called Mirror, due to it's constant contrasting nature, and some other factors.

very cool, I really enjoy the intensity of the piece. I'm surprised no one else has commented on this yet. Nice recording as well. Overall awesome job.

You write a lot of piano music?

That's the only thing I write for. I would compose something for solo violin with piano if I ever knew how a violin works, but I don't :(

Piano is just so flexible and has so much capabilities. :D

Seriously people, comment on Crestflame's piece.

Holy crap, that was awesome. I've usually drifted towards the impressionistic side of solo piano but I really like this. The section from mm. 67-79 kinda reminded me of the second movement in Eric Whitacre's Ghost Train.

I'm having lots of fun trying to play it right now. Hope you don't mind. XD

Well find out how it works :-)

True, the piano is a whole universe. We just have to make a cosmos of it :-)

I'll be sure to check it out.

Most of the piano music I listen to is Baroque, Impressionism or Modern. How do you feel about Faure's preludes?

I certainly don't mind! If you ever make a recording be sure to throw it my way. I would be interested in your interpretation.

I started experimenting a bit with your middle section, mostly with glissandos and emphasis on different chords. It might be a while before I make a recording. My left hand can't keep up with my right.

This is really neat! I don't have much else to say besides that. It was very driving and rhythmic, and even the sustained notes had a moving feeling to them. Great job, this is really cool =)

Yea, it could be a bit odd to play.

Got any better?
