Finale 2007 wants authorization...after i already authorized it...

Is this a bug/glitch? Is finale supposed to be renewed every two years or so?

I've had it for two years now..I think something wrong just happened. And I don't want to re-buy it ='( if I have to I'll just buy F2009

Have you tried simply reauthorizing it with your old info?

No, you don't need to renew it. And to my understanding you should be able to authorize it up to 3 times. Did you have to reinstall it? And if you did, did you de-authorize Finale before doing so?

Either way, you'll probably have to call their customer support in order to have one of those authorizations taken off.

I'm having a similar problem, but it says I have maxed out on my 3 authorizations, and I have, but due to a computer crashing. Since that computer is no more, I obviously can't unauthorize it from that computer. Does anyone know how to unauthorize it from a third party computer, or should I just contact their customer service?

I had a similar problem, and when I looked it up, I believe the only was was to contact their customer service.

Still having troubles? I saw somewhere you used linux, right? The wine registry could be messed up?

I have Fin2009 working (had, to be honest; recentrly the sound gave up... :( ) But just to show it IS possible ;)
