I must say of the past few works posted on the forum of yours... this one is by far the best! Your thematic material was very nicely executed and maintained throughout. You provided good interest and contrast within your overall structure. Very good work. I must ask, why is this piece better than the others?

This is just incredible! The subdued, numb feeling is just remarkable: there are small tinges of "hope" and pieces of happiness lined through the piece that just give it a powerful feel...very good! I will add this to my favorites. Thanks for sharing! :D

Thnx all :D, atonal and depressing music is my thing lols

I'm quite confused. This piece is far from atonal and I would hardly characterize this as depressing music. I've heard your more modern music and I must say this here is FAR better than those works (in my opinion.) I think you handle this type of material much, much better.

no this piece isnt atonal, some of my others are

I was going to say. This is definitely diatonic.

The piece has its own identity, well the opening theme, perhaps a little repetitive to repeat this kind of accompaniment, perhaps at some point I would put some arpeggio ... in left hand...

The harmony is interesting for the delays and appoggiaturas...

I feel you could improve continuing on this path!

compliments
