Anger (unfinished)

I am working on writing a marching band show. This is the beginning of the first movement depicting my angry mood right now. I think you all will enjoy!

Very intense beginning, and amazing use of percussion! I love the harmony in between the trumpets and flutes as well. Although I do not feel anger but more... perseverance in a way. Sort of like a quest.

It's hard to give any feedback on an intro (I assume that's what this is because it ends so abruptly), keep working on it and let us know when you got a bit more. But in contrast to impressario and jrcramer I think this at leats gives a hint of what's to come (it doesn't feel too far fetched that this piece will invoke "anger").

It's too short to say much, but I don't feel the anger. It makes me feel as if there's not much time left, if you know what I mean. As if something has to be done... and quick. This is mainly because of the mallets at the beginning.
