I am planning on adding either an auction service, a quality student/teacher service, or both. However, I would like to get an idea of how you feel about such services. The auction and teacher services could theoretically be managed on your personal profile page. We would introduce an "auction" tab, along with a "student/teacher" tab. This way, you can keep track of your auctions, and classes with ease.

Please let me know how you feel about such services. With just a little extra effort, we can introduce another series of updates depending on your answers.

Keep it affordable, that's the only thing... We service young composers, which mean we don't have the slush fund to spend a lot of money a month on e-services... I worry about how you'd attract traffic to the site for those specific things though...

hmmm.gif I'm not sure, this sounds like directed to different kind of people, not the common current YC member ... at least I, I am not interested on taking or giving lessons, many members come here for help but advises, comments, not paying lessons...

I can only speak for myself but all what I really would like to see is Orchestra Conductors and that sort of people interested on new music, (like that guy MichaelDean, but .... pity didn't work)

The advertising and selling the music, I like more that, in that case we still need the sort of people I mention..

I say not right now to this idea. We need to get the numbers back up on the forum first and work out a number of other site details.

I agree with Tokke. I'd concentrate on fixing issues/cleaning up existing features before adding something new this large.

for 30$ a month i can get real lessons with live interaction with teachers + a weekly one on one performing lesson
