perpetual canon ottava a 3

another Perpetual Canon, a 3 on three differents octave ,twelve bar long repeated with organ sound

perpetual canon ottava a 3

I think the end cadence is reached a bit too quickly and abruptly. Otherwise, without nitpicking any counterpoint errors, I found this enjoyable. :santa:

I agree, with PF, I just thought it ended too soon! I actually would've liked to hear the canon break to set up the final chord rather than just suddenly being done. If you didn't want to do that however, I think it could also be achieved just by using more time. Besides that, out of curiosity what organ sample did you use? A couple picky performance things but overall very cool!

It s jeux d orgue 2 with the grand orgue software.Thhe playback errors are due to the fact that i had to import the midi into reaper(DAW) because finale notepad midi out bugged with grandorgue.Very cool software. http://www.jeuxdorgues.com/fr/download.php on this site there is the software and the organ bank and on this one http://duphly.free.fr/en/italien.html some nice harpsichord sounds to work with it.

The 2nd violin goes out of range twice. The mp3 is of very bad quality... it's hard on the ears. As stated before it's very short, I think you could do much more with this than just statements of the theme.

Other than that, I liked this piece.
