So I already told you how much I "liked" this on facebook!

Hahah, and it's sad that I know why it's so angry. ):

Anyway, here's what I like/dislike

Okay, so you told me you never really think when you write, you just hear it in your head and write!

I see that a lot in this piece. A lot of it sounds random yet it fits! I would work on your transitions, because you give us a taste of something and it doesn't quite settle in yet!

I don't like the exposed orchestration there, as I told you already.

Giving it to all of the clarinets is already too exposed, but just first clarinets? Nah mayne, double it up, and if you want harmonize it.

I would add some more percussion!

There is so much more you can do in an angry piece like this!

Also, i've never seen bass drum on a staff by itself, so I would combine it with snare(:

This is some cool beans, you want a fairly virtuosic concert band though I'd imagine.. Nice ideas, I agree with above comment, transitions could be better, less stopping and starting I believe. More contrast of texture would also be good.. maybe some more counterpoint juxtaposed with the block chords and homophony you've already got. Piece sort of just peters out, not terribly satisfying :( I think an angry piece like this should end with a bang! Or at least a coda.. Good work though! ;)
