Around 3:20-3:30 I hoped for a gong. Other than that, I liked this! It even sounded well despite the midi sounds, which says a lot . Do you plan on a performance? If you don't have the means, why not send it to this orchestra: http://www.musicanovaaz.org/index.htm .

They perform new pieces by unknown composers (of course, if they are any good).

You must upload all movements into YC, (no external sites) just go to you page and click the sheet/pen icon to edit, then use the "movement owner" to upload several tracks.

Improvement is notorious, this work is good, and the harmony I always critic is much better, the orchestration is also better compared with other of your pieces, the brass motif is perhaps repetitive but if this has more mevements I may understand it better.

Timpani:

A professional timpani player should be able to play certain notes in p and others in f within the same rhythm, like this: (accents and/or dynamics)

No need for a second timpani, besides I don't like very much the sounds of two timpani playing the same note, it kind looses the metalic tone and start becoming a pitched bass-drum. Also your orchestra is not very big. You may use though, two timanists if the passage really require them, like in m.102.

if you want a powerful sounds is better to use 8vas, (but only notes E-G)

The contrabass sometimes doesn't support the strings well enough like in m.55 why not to write the low F ?

Dark, do you know Hugo Alfvén Symphonies ? I find yours close to those (well let me see the other movs)

haha, I didn't, I always use the "Edited by" and you would see the gray bar below, but Admins, Moderators and of course Reviewers can edit your post, that makes it more that 20 people
