Your favourite Prelude & Fugue from WTC1

Hi,

what is your favourite Prelude and Fugue vom the first book of the well-tempered clavier? Mine is B minor - way ahead of its time and the meditative prelude with its slowly increasing tension is a great build up for the grand finale. I'm not too fond of the fugues in G#minor and f-minor- Too repetitive and monotonous.

I really like the E Major one and the Bb Major ones! I like your choises also!

I love the C minor. The prelude is going crazy, and the fugue is really well written.

C minor and Bb minor.

C# minor, by far. I love the fugue, it's among the most meditative things Bach wrote imo. I also love the fugue from D major.
