December 5, 201015 yr What is the instrumentation on this , especially with regard to the start? (the vid comments are not mine)
December 5, 201015 yr I guess, muted trumpets with cimbal, and something like a rattle, and then a soft clarinet
December 5, 201015 yr Sounds like muted trumpet, sustained cymbal, and a piano playing the notes c# d d# and e with the sustain pedal down? then is it a bass clarinet leading to the next section? I havent a clue about the next bit so I wont say, sounds brassy and brass confuses me :(
December 5, 201015 yr trumpet with straight mute (almost certainly synthesized) clarinet possibly some sort of sustain pedal effect on a piano trombone (possibly synth) tuba or dbl bass sus cymbal roll bowed sus cymbal
December 8, 201015 yr A flute at the end, and I think the supporting brass does have a french horn, although I am not sure about that. It could be all trombones too.
