May 6, 201114 yr Ok, HI CJ :D :D :D Hehe, anyways... This is something that I thought of during my chemistry examination today (Its ok, I was gonna fail anyways) and I immediately came home to write it down. To my surprise, the first phrase of the tenor part sounded like "Die Lindenbaum" By F. Schubert... So anyway, I did not really know what style I compose any of my pieces in, so today I just left it as classical. This is my first orchestration piece :D I really need to work on this... Perhaps come up with something smaller but with more variations and such.Comment? Sure :) Please :)-Daniel Yap H. Z. Sequence #17
May 6, 201114 yr HI DANIEL DDDDDDDD Aww you won't fail chemistry! I WILL FAIL MATH SO BAD. IT WAS HORRIBLE. anyway back to topic SEVENTHS!!!!! i like the harmony but i think you can have more suspensions going on(like 4-3 suspensions, 6-9), then there might be more voices which interlink with each other...AH. atfirst it sounds baroque, then alittle bit of classical-style. Short piece but still the harmony is pleasant to the ears. -CJ
