Short Adventure/Epic Cue

Featured Replies

Hey all,So this piece WAS being written for an online flash game but the developer scratched the project. I'm not sure If i really liked where this one was going musically but It was my first time spending time with mixing and using my new libraries. Its has a pretty simple feel, I guess I'm just looking for some feedback on the mixing and overall character of the piece. If I continue it I think i'll make it progress quicker and change the chord progression sooner/more often.I think my favorite part is the tuba line. I was listening to lots of holst at the time ;)

You've got a nice chord progression going throughout the piece. I also like the simple melody that you have incorporated. The transition from one melody to the other is very good. The pause at the end is a little awkward. It makes me want more. I tend to be a big fan of resolved endings, but its your music. Ultimatley, you decide when the music stops and starts. Great piece you've got! :)
