Sibelius; Drawing Lines?

Hey

I was just wondering if anyone knows a good way of drawing lines in sibelius,  I am trying to do long curved harmonic gliss lines for a cello that show one line for the note and another line for the partial......  Is there a draw tool pluging avaliable or is the only way to draw the lines on another program then import them in?  If so what is a good program to use?
