July 15, 20178 yr It's pleasant, but a couple things: I think the repeat back to the main motive both times is awkward: it certainly doesn't fit into the established phrase scheme, and it makes the leading tone do a rather unnatural jump to the mediant of the tonic chord rather than the lead up that the ear expects in functional harmony. The 16th note triplet thing should probably be marked as sextuplets, and overall it was kind of an out of place moment to me. I don't think all of your notes need to have some sort of non-chord-tone resolution in the left hand, but I see you're trying to vary harmonic rhythm. Even so, keeping basically the same figure throughout the main section is a little obstinate. Speaking of the main section, the second main section could have used some variation, I think. Makes the first section seem kind of unimportant when nothing changes. It's lovely music, though; cheers--
