The Third Degree

Hey peeps,

Put this together today for another scene. Starts with a girl getting off a plane, montage through the airport, before catching an uber and having an awkward conversation.

Looking for any feedback you might have!

Very nice!
The melody is very nice and the passage in the high strings fits the idea of flying or arriving.
Maybe it is me, but I think you over-used the cymbal in the first part.

The second part is mysterious and beautiful. My family is Indonesian and the percussion sound like a gamelan orchestra, which is so satifying for me!
Very well orchestrated.

You're right about the cymbals. They're mental. I didn't really listen to this properly before I put it up. But I'll get rid of most of those cymbals.

As for the second half, I thought the gamelan sound fit there because it has a nice dark, mallety sound. Glad you liked it ;)

Sorry about the choppy audio bounce as well. For some reason Logic decided to not bounce properly and it sounds terrible. I'll try to get another version up at some point.
