Competitions

Now that the Film Competition is over, why not start another one? How about a Sonata Competition, or perhaps a Minuet Competition? eh?

Maybe you could consider choosing something not so common? Maybe a Scherzo competition, just an idea, I think a lesser used form of music would make for an interesting competition

Someone was very, very adamant about a video game competition, so I think that should be the next one. It already had people who would have been interested in entering, and I think Nicktoven kind of hinted in his respones that that would be the next competition.

I personally think that a video game competition would be very challenging if we were restricted to emulate SNES technology (or even more challenging NES technology.) I mean, you can make a huge sweeping orchestral idea when you have that available, but what about trying to create the same effect with a much more restricted voices? I don't know, it intrigues me. The only thing about this one is that SNES music and sound production would have to be studied before it began.

Awesome. I'd love to participate in a video game music competition. Is there a specific video game?

Ugh.... I was hoping for a choral competition.
