September 4, 20196 yr This is a peaceful nocturne/ballad that gets continuously interrupted by stormy winds and dancing tangents. It's dramatic and heartfelt. Rushed and calm. September 4, 20196 yr Commented on your YT video. Really smart choice to combine the peaceful and the intense passages, it works really well. Reminds me of Chopin’s F Major Nocturne, not in tone, but in concept.
October 13, 20196 yr The very beginning passage made a me a bit uncomfortable. The changing tone motion over the I6/4 chord could have been a little better supported by inner voice motion without losing the sense of tonic. Good work, though.
