January 15, 20206 yr I saw the '93 Three Musketeers for the first time the other day, and felt inspired to write a tune that could be a 90s adventure TV series theme or something. Let me know what you think.
January 19, 20206 yr Very lively. At times it reminds me a bit of Star Wars (perhaps that's the rhythmic motif?) At any rate, I remember many themes like this growing up in the 80s and 90s... this one definitely fits right in. Good work!
February 19, 20206 yr Appoggiatura on the 4th of C major in the opening really rubbed me the wrong way for some reason. It resolves right away so I couldn't exactly tell you why. I like the changing accent placement within phrases.
March 7, 20206 yr OOOH, that brass entrance at 0:47, MMMMM! Awesome! I love this! It definitely has a lot of the same feelings as the march-like feeling of the musketeers. This is great!
