I think that it is alive but in a bit other form, form of modern music. Modern bands such as Muse keep classic music alive in new form by mutual loans in their's songs! Fantastic example is Butterflies and Hurricanes (https://musescore.com/user/27242293/scores/6885719)!

    Yeah, this section is for feedback on orchestral works, not talking about whether classical music is dead or alive.
