Syth
Hi. I'd like to share my latest work - the 4th album by death metal solo project HAIDUK - Diabolica [2021] (free album stream) I focused on ultra-fast guitar riffs & arrangements as well as creating a dark atmosphere. Thoughts and comments are welcomed. Track #2 - 'Swarm' 1. Corpse Crown (2:00) 2. Swarm (2:27) 3. Upheaval (2:27) 4. Encirclement (2:25) 5. Wraithavoc (2:29) 6. Cyclone (2:56) 7. Ballista (2:33) 8. Abyss Mage (3:06) 9. Morph (2:43) 10. Infernal (2:50) 11. Sea of Fire (5:12) "The patented death/black/speed Metal rips your skull for 31 minutes." 4.5/5 -metal-rules "An endless supply of evil, face-ripping riffs" -metal crypt "Fast and unrelenting from start to end" 8/10 -metalbite "Haiduk's most aggressive work" -the killchain "A lot of eye-popping technical skill, intricate plotting, and brilliantly multifarious and mutated tonalities on display" -no clean singing
Thatguy v2.0
Awesome guitar work! I haven't listened to other tracks off the album, but if I were to give criticism it'd be to pull back from the carnage in spots just to give some tension and release. Maybe the album is meant to be heard as a whole, but as a stand alone track it ruffled my black metal feathers the right way. Great technical prowess here!

Thank you for checking it out and the feedback. I do know the benefits of tension & release, however this album was meant to be constant, relentless fury! I don't know anything on black metal or heavy metal but looks like it's a great agitation! Thanks for your sharing! Henry

Omicronrg9
Hi Syth. The panning at the beginning (of this new theme) didn't convince me at the beginning but since you rapidly introduce another and 'fill' what was in my humble opinion asking to be filled, it's nice. The drums are 👌. I have some friends that are into black metal much more than me so I'll share it with them, this sounds VERY cool to me and probably much more to theme. I kinda missed some contrast though, but the stuff going on fits the title that's for sure (at least for me). Kind regards, Daniel–Ømicrón.

SorooshMHS
This has a pretty cool heavy vibe. Black metal isn't typically my favorite style of metal but I like this. Wouldn't mind hearing some nasty growls on it (maybe there is some on the album but I haven't listened to the other tracks)
