Sibelius shut down problem

I'm sorry to post another thread asking for help, but this one is more serious. After being in sibelius 4.1 for about 10-15 minutes, it locks up then says 'fatal runtime error' the it says sib.dmp file written to disc. What does this mean, and can it be fixed?

bloody computer software. What else were you running at the time? This used to happen a lot with early Photoshop, more recently Word when I'm running a few other things especially music software. It's probably contention & allocation of memory - important to save frequently.

The fact that it dumps stuff to disk suggests (but don't count on it) that your work is recoverable or, if it's a proper dump, gives you an error message and information to diagnose what caused it. Computer dumps can be a bit trying until you get used to reading them.

I had the internet up, that's all. But it's not exactly rare for my computer to stuff up, rrgh!
