HEY ANDY!

Hey man!

You're back!

What happened to you?

Yes, I know. I really wanted to show off here :D

Great great great!!!!

I have 3 questions:

-In the choral part, why didn't you ask directly for a mute to he first violin? Just curious.

-The "sul ponticello" is to be usen until the end? I mean, you didn't write "non sul" or so in the 4th measure of the choral...

-Why this title? (sorry if you already told that but I didn't want to read all the posts)

Congrats Nikolas!

haha! Thanks Bryan!

1. Because I didn't want the gap to be THAT long (the comma, the breath). so I gave a sul pont in the first violin to give enough time for the 2nd to put the mute on.

2. The sul pont. I probably forgot to cancel it... whoops

3. Becasue my life is a loving mess! (I'll PM you for more details).

Wonderful. This isn't the kind of work that needs to be reviewed.

That was so great, recently I listened to "Obscene Obsession" and now this... wow. I loved the ending of this piece, what a great contrast to the hectic beginning. You definately have a great career ahead of you.

Oh and by the way, keep the name. Personally I would remember "My loving life" a lot better than "Duet # 1" or something.

...You definately have a great career ahead of you.

I sure hope so :D

Oh and by the way, keep the name. Personally I would remember "My loving life" a lot better than "Duet # 1" or something.

I would never change the tittle!

One 2 trivia about the tittle of this track:

1. When the track was first performed in public, on a concert, by Marcus and Alexandra (the duet who are also on this recording), a slight error on behalf of the person who did the leaflet for the concert had the tittle of the duet as such:

"My loving wife"!!!!!!! I think that I have kept this leaflet, just for fun...

2. I was, very recenelty, discsussing the chance of having some of my works performed in Canada, at RSO. After discussing with the guy, he did tell me that he didn't appreciate at all the tittle of this track, although it's great, and that he would have to omit that from my portfolio. :D

I find it hillarious! (not in a bad way at all. I love Canada, QC, Robin, and my friend Matt) Just that it seemed funny that a tittle would make a track dissapear from my portfolio. :D

Phoenix: Thanks for your kind words. clicking at my nickname and going to my profile, you will get a chance to see the threads that I've started. I've posted plenty of more music in here. (and my website). If you want, go check it out :P

Allright, thanks :)
