I want something that is not miss leading. I.e. it is free to download but then you have pay for other things. 

Ones that are good or free, but i do not have to pay to for other services.

Update: I figured out solution to this dilemia. Screen capture that windows has built in and using a free program window has for the audio. It is not best solution.  I just Make music would include MP3 option for exporting audio with VST and exporting video.  It is not hard.  But after 27 they stop updating.
