All that hurts logic, Interlect. If you overthink it too much, then yes the computer composed it. If I overthing too much, I'm left vulnerable to where people can steal my music and do whatever they want with it, because thus they've proven that I don't own it. See where the problem is? I'll go with the ethics class I attended, as it's more rational by that point to provide ownership to the artist. I also stand by my work.

To commemorate the date designated as Bach's actual birthday under the Gregorian calendar, this time I have decided to upload the definitive revised version of another one of my previous fugues, originally in the key of E minor though still for the same ensemble. I would also like to dedicate this fugue as a birthday present to my dear friend Julia as well, whose family has been going through exceedingly difficult times for more than one year now. Since the loss of a very special loved one has taken a severe toll on us all, my sincerest hope now is that she and her family can start anew and rebuild their lives from the ashes of their grief, even when all hope for a better future seems gone forever and endless mourning seems to be the only thing left to live for. Bach himself was no stranger to painful, heart-wrenching losses. Even as he lost both parents at age 10, his first wife at 35, and in line with the astronomical infant mortality rates of his era, more than half of his 20 children during childhood, he was likely reassured that his dedication to God alone through his music would be worthy of a place in Heaven for all those he loved and whose safety he prayed for daily. This key of F-sharp minor in our currently standardized A = 440 tuning always evoked in me a far greater sense of mourning in the wake of tragedy than any other. Perhaps because of this reason I felt naturally drawn to it when thinking of those precious loved ones we may have lost along the way, the precious, cherished moments that will never again come to pass, and the longing memories broken by the sudden wound their departure left forever imprinted in our hearts. It’s been over a month and no one has to reply, so let me be the first! I am a professional pianist and Improvise all the time in my practice sessions. In my opinion, it helps to know certain structures or musical devices. If you know a chord progression, play the chords in the left hand on loop and practice a loose melody on top. From there, switch the roles and try to improvise the bass. Little by little, you can develop your technique as we do with all things, but to improvise well and fluently, you need to train your mind. You need to have knowledge and confidence in your music skill to execute complex passages. Start simple and get more complex over time. A new form of BRANDING ...............or an elaborate SCAM ?

It's like someone found me a trick/shortcut by telepathy! All I had to do was to delete all measures after the ungodly 5/8 measure 25, and recopy the rest in from another session! I lost all my articulations, but I can put them Bach, I mean back in! That may be a project for later...

Unpublished. One 5/8 measure in the entire piece threw the whole thing off by an eighth note! I will have to enter it as if it were a separate piece! Darn.

I absolutely created it. In my AI ethics course, any user that creates with AI is the sole author. I'm also liable and held accountable if anything goes wrong, you know? But, if you must know, SunoAI had a hand in it, too. But then, that would be very confusing to give it to the robot. Think of it as a complement to the music I created. Thank you, @interlect !

Hello It sounds really nice and pleasant. It’s also very straightforward. The harp takes the place of the left hand, and the bass provides reinforcement. The strings accompany the melody, and at times they reinforce it in homophony. I think orchestrating this kind of “flat” music, with few dynamic contrasts, is difficult. But there are many resources in the strings that can be used. I’m no expert at orchestrating either; I’m still learning.

I'm an "older youngser" too - started at 52, but with much less experience than you....

I began composing 16 years ago. I got started on the craft much later in life than most people who write music. That has left me with a lot of catching up to do, to say the least. It also means I'm not exactly a "young" composer, although I still choose to use this website from time to time.

Where does " ai " Start , and where does Human intelligence End ?............ I suspect that " ai " doesn't actually exist

All I wanted to do was to change a couple of passages in octaves to double octaves: they sound like ice to me; great piano sonority-unconscious overtones, and it turned into a nightmare. Yeah, I wrote this in fourteen hours, the slowest written first movement of a piano sonata in history! (LOL), but editing in this thing? Whoever designed the software knew a bit of music theory, but did not know it well. It likes to change sharps to flats (hey; F# Major and Gb Major are the same key, right?) and substitute bass clefs for treble clefs later in the piece, where you can't even see what the program is doing! Yes; I just wanted to change bass clef to treble clef for one sixteenth note-that's how Beethoven would have done it, right? Gott im Himmel, was ist Dass? Now I get to listen to it Noch einmal, (spell check suggested Enema-it would indeed be capitalized auf Deutsch) to see if I caught all of the murderings, or if I have to rewrite passages from memory-don't ask: I don't have time to learn another music notation software. Oh yeah; randomly delete ONE MEASURE. I may have to wait until morning; oh wait: SOMEONE saved a new copy of this score? It is public domain, after all. After this training, I may be able to apply for an editorial position with Boosey & Hawkes, or conduct the New York Philharmonic. OK, Noteflight beat me. I can no longer read music. If I looked at a piece by seven-year-old Mozart, it would sound like Led Zeppelin to me. Noteflight is awful. Offal sounds like Awful, and Offal is another word for s*&# I think a Noteflight administrator fixed my ending for me. And of course offal isn't scraggy but meat by-products, but close enough. My mind is fried.
