Sinfonia "Baroque to Classical"

This was my first completed piece which was written about two years ago. I don't remember how long it took me to compose. Its original purpose was just to be a sinfonia but the style actually switched fron Baroque to Classical at the end. Thus it was dubbed "From Baroque to Classical.

Quite a cute little piece. Found me thinking of the Handel sonatina(s) and suites for harpsichord.

You had some nice chord progressions in here, and you developed the themes quite nicely, but you didn't quite go anywhere with them and the end left me wanting more.

It surely is a nice theme. You make great use of it here. I find it very recognizable. As a piece it's monotonic in thematic matherial. But that's evident and very much what this piece is for i'd recon. A very interesting development of a theme.
