Mirage of Stained Glass Window

Only piano (1:40)

It sounds to me like water, i like it) spent about 8 hours to compose and finalize it.

It sounds much like rain on a window. Great movement without feeling propelled. I like this a lot.

That's a ton of reverb. but it suits the piece.

I like the piece except for the ending. But what do I know?

I like ending the most.. and actually have an idea to get the melody from the ending ro something new, it could be fun. Thank you) I experiment a lot with effects, trying to find new combinations..

Nice sounding piece, but the material introduced at 1:15 didn't quite fit with the preceeding music. I liked the ending, but just that 15 to 20 second period, just didn't sound like it was part of the piece. It sounded like a new movement or piece altogether.

One head is good, many heads better, i decided to make another piece with this ending, many thanxs)

It's a beautiful piece. Very emotional (I love the upper range of the piano. It's just great). I also must respectfully disagree with violinfiddler; I thought the new introduced material at 1:15 to be a surprising twist, and it's a completely unexpected ending. Of course it doesn't fit with the rest of the music, and it teases because it acts like it's going to build into something else, but then it dies away. I think it's very effective.

I like it a lot.

I appriciate it sir Matthew Becker) It's nice to hear good words from other composers really) That's why I like YC)

I liked the piece. I agree that it feels more like raindrops on a windows as time passes by, or at least thats what I picked up from it. I didn't feel as though the ending connected or meshed with the rest of the piece but great job. I really liked the piece.

P.S quick question, did you use a program and then export the music from the program ( if so which program) or did you play it yourself, save it and then transferred it digitally online? I'm just asking cause I really liked the reverb effect that you got and am also wondering how you got it. Thanks

Not a big deal, I don't play piano at all, I compose in FL Studio and then add and effect "reverb 2", set it up and compile the piece - that's it.

ok, so when I was first listening to this, I thought,"ohhhh...this is soooo pretty...." And then the ending came. It really gave a different feel to the "prettiness"...it was like it was saying to me that all "prettiness" isn't perfect, that there's some sort of evil flaw always lurking out there. It kinda threw me off and left me hanging just a bit but it wasn't like I was screaming for more. I loved it a lot, very magical. :)

Consider writing a score for this.

hahaha) An evil flow... too bad)

I don't know how to write a score) i have'nt musical education, but at least it can be heard for now.. I hope to find somebody who can ppick up the melody by ear once, or maybe i will need to learn to play piano, or maybe to learn a score thing.. that's the best thing.
