Guardian Angel

Guardian Angel by Meghan Hohman

These lyrics flow the same as the lyrics in Martina McBride's song Wild Angels.

(Verse 1)

You may feel alone, and afraid.

Like your on your own, like your by yourself.

But your not. Somewhere

in that wide, bright sky someone is lookin' down apon on you.

Its your own angel.

(Chorus)

Your angel, your guardian angel.

Watching over you, as you travel.

Guiding you on your journey.

Always there. Never strays.

(Verse 2)

Well, through all the tough times and pain

he will always be right there.

He will always come to the rescue.

You will always have him, looking down.

Cheering you up, when your feeling. Nooo matter what.

(Repeat Chorus)

(Verse 3)

Someday you'll find your prince charming.

Your perfect lover, but until

then you will always have your angel.

(Repeat Chorus)

Youror angel, your angelelel, youror Angel, youroror Angelel

Well... I like it. The mood of the lyrics and the mood of the song match very well. However, I was just wondering if you could write something that isn't about love. It's just too... fluffy and nice (for lack of better words). Just as a suggestion... you could try writing something very deep and meaningful. Something like an elegy. That's just my suggestion. Very nice.

Verse two stands out as being worse than the others in terms of quality. Otherwise, as far as lyrics go, this is very nice writing, and the song fits it pretty well.

I'd like to hear you break out a bit and do your own thing instead of helping Martina McBride do hers. ;)

Keep writing! :)
