Wrote this earlier this evening.

Only started it about 6 hours ago, so its not been worked on for days or anything, just a rough idea really. I was really just trying to test of recording from my piano, which was good fun to get it all setup :P

Welcome to YC... sounds sweet and relaxing, but I can't see a whole lot which distinguishes it from a lot of other major-key pop ballads with sequences of 4-5 chords. I did like your use of triplets in the melody, and when the chord sequence changed.
